BOOKING FEE
In order to secure your date a payment of R5 000 is required on the date of booking. Balance due one month before your wedding. No dates are provisionally held.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE GET?
I almost always over deliver and give more photo’s than is stated on the package chosen by the client. If I can give more photos I absolutely will.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
The first 100km from my office in Parys will be included in your package. In the event that the venue is more than 100km from my office a travel cost will be billed at the rate of R6.00 p/km for the extra kilometers. In the event that the venue is more than 150km from my office, accommodation must please be provided for the evening of the wedding. In the event that the venue is more than 300km from our office, two nights accommodation must please be provided. An accommodation charge of R850 per person per night will be added onto your final invoice.

HOW LONG IS THE COUPLE SESSION ON THE WEDDING?
Every wedding is unique. I take whatever time I get to create the most incredible imagery. However, if you could allow anything from an hour to an hour and a half that would be ideal. This will include the time for family portraits and entourage.

CAN WE GIVE YOU A SHOT LIST?
Yes you may. Do keep in mind however that we prefer working off the energy of the day as this allows us to be more creative. A list for family portraits is always a good idea. Please note that if this list gets too long your wedding becomes a family photo shoot. We suggest not having more than 10 - 12 groups.

DO YOU DO BOUDOIR SESSIONS?
Yes I do. Most boudoir sessions need to be done on a week day. It can be added onto your collection at a price of R3 500 for photos. If you would like to do the session at a particular venue, you will be responsible for getting permission / paying the location fee.

CAN WE STILL ORDER AN ALBUM AFTER THE WEDDING?
My packages include a wedding album. You must order this withint 6 months after your photos has been delivered because album prices escalate every year.

DO WE NEED A SECOND SHOOTER?
Two of my packages includes a second photographer. Is is recommended if you have a wedding with more than 150 guests or if you require photographs to be taken at the same time in different locations (e.g. getting ready photos) or if you want various angles of coverage on your wedding day.

EDITING and DELIVERY
The promised turn-around time for photos are 10 working days for your gallery to be uploaded. Please note that no raw files will be given to a client. The final product may not be altered by the client.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE OUR INVESTMENT?
You are more than welcome to add extra hours or albums. Just send me an email then we can discuss the changes.

DO YOU DO TABLE SHOTS?
My approach to your reception is to be as non intrusive as possible, capturing all the nuanced emotions. If you want table shots kindly arrange with me before your wedding.

DO YOU NEED TO SIT AT A TABLE AND HAVE DINNER AT THE RECEPTION?
I don’t need to sit at a table with guests but would appreciate dinner in the main reception hall. This is to ensure I don’t miss a moment of your reception.

WHAT IF MY WEDDING DATE CHANGES?
Should your wedding date change for whatever reason, please let me know so that we can arrange for other suitable dates which will suit all the vendors. There will be no additional penalties for changing your date but there will also be no refunds of the booking fee. Further details will be in the contract I send you before your wedding.

WHAT IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING?
Should I for some reason not be able to make your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances an equally capable photographer(s) will show up in my place and document your wedding. All the images will then be edited by myself and I will make sure everything is up to my standard.
